AIR HEATING

Aerial heating implants are made to complement and compensate for basal implants. Also in this case, each plant is created according to the cultivation needs and in consideration of the greenhouse context in which it is inserted.
Dozens, hundreds, often kilometers of pipes installed with precision and passion.

 

It is possible to create various types of aerial heating including:
- Plant withsmooth radiant tubes
- Plant withaluminum power pipes
- Plant adunit heaters with water-air exchange

BASAL WARMING

Basal heating systems are the highest expression of the design precision of the project20.

Each plant is created according to the cultivation needs and in consideration of the greenhouse context in which it is inserted.

 

It is possible to create various types of basal heating including:

  • Plant with high density polyethylene pipes in the ground or on the ground (specifically for young plant crops in ground container)

  • Plant with radiant concrete floor (classic plant for crops on the ground or garden center)

  • Pipe plant in polyethylene placed on pallets (suitable for growing young plants in containers or flowers on pallets)

  • Basal implant for smooth tube containers (specific for crops on containers system)

  • Basal implant with aluminum power pipe (specific for crops on container systems or mobile plants)

  • Basal/Binary Implant a smooth tubes (specific in soilless/soil crops)

THERMAL POWER STATIONS

Generating heat is essential in both production greenhouses and sales greenhouses.


Optimizing the generation of thermal energy is essential for a balanced performance of the heating systems and for fuel savings.

Project20directly designs and builds thermal power plants with various types of boilers and burners both with fossil fuels and with biomass, in compliance with today's regulations and in step with the best technologies available.
